What to Do During Baby Teething

Teething is an essential part of the growth period of the baby. During this time, his gums will develop pores for the milk teeth, where eventually his first teeth will come up. Milk teeth lay a path for the proper growth of the adult teeth, which will be there for the entire life. This is the reason why one should make sure that everything goes right during teething, otherwise it can be drastic for the adult teeth and even for the baby. Unlike any other growth signs, baby teething is the most painful process. In this, the teeth will try to come up from the minute pores in the gentle gums of the baby. He or she is not aware of what is happening and is unable to share it with you, which makes the baby feel uneasy. 

During the teething process, baby can get agitated and start crying for no reason. Most of the mothers do not realize that the teething process causes the pain, therefore making the baby agitated. It can be quite annoying for young mothers to deal with such condition, since the baby will not stop crying no matter what you do. Teething starts around 4-6 months, which is standard age in most of the babies. However, in case your baby is crying a lot then usual and for no reason, you must take him to the pediatrician for checkup and ensure that nothing else is wrong. If the pain is caused due to teething, you can reduce the pain, making it easier for the baby quite a lot by following the given tips:

·         Brushing: use a soft bristled kid’s toothbrush to clean the dentals after feeding the baby. Food particles can be stuck in between the gum pores allowing the bacteria to develop.
